Hello. New on Glock Talk. I recently bought a GEN 2 Glock 22 with the serial number CUF7**. I cannot find it on the list to check the date of manufacture and see if its subject to recall or upgrade. Here is what I know: It is supposed to be a police trade in from College Station PD in Texas. It has an NY1 trigger spring and TruDot night sights. It has the straight ejector and the extractor does not have the loaded chamber indicator. It appears to be in very good condition. Please, can someone help me find the date of manufacture? My main concern would be the stories I've heard (after I bought the said pistol) about the slide rails breaking. Thanks.

To the folks posting that say they don't find their number on the list:

The list is a collection of SN's from owners who have provided their information. This isn't something from Glock that is all-inclusive. The list will give you a good ballpark of when your Glock was made if it is within the SN ranges provided. Otherwise, call Glock and they'll tell you exactly when it was made.

Pity that this thread hasn't been handed off to someone to maintain. It was a great resource.

It's an AYF###US 17 Imported on June 28th 1994 and the list skips it:

AYC - G-17 - Unknown - 2nd Gen.
AYG - G-21 - Unknown - 2nd Gen.


I have no info on it other than it's in mint condition.
