Budget 20" Upper and Nikon Optics

Ran across a deal on this DPMS upper and snagged a Nikon ProStaff scope, both for not much money.

We'll see how it shoots this coming Saturday.

You know, just in case the hurricane zombies gather a few blocks away instead of at the end of the sidewalk.

DPMS is what it is, but that upper sure looks good, hope it runs just as well!

After you shoot it, let us know how you like that ProStaff. I put a Bushmaster Varminter on layaway and that is the scope that the store gunsmith recommended.

I have been slowly converting all my scopes from leupold to nikon. For the money there is no better scope you can buy (imho).

I picked up an upper like that on AR15.com from a member and it's a tack driver. DPMS makes very good barrels and or has a very good source for them. Excuse the rings....they were temporary but worked fine!, Mike.
