good starter rifle.
hey guys, i have been shooting shotguns/pistols just about from the time i was old enough to go hunting. i recently have been more into pistols and range shooting. i am gonna start going deer hunting soon but wanna get the tactical look or some of the more "urban" swat type rifles that ive seen. i will also be shooting it at the range we have here locally in addition to hunting with it.
question:
im on somewhat of a budget around 1500 or less if possible. what would you recommend to a newer rifle shooter? i was thinking 308 cal. but i will listen to any advice you have on that as well. opinions?
