I hate video cameras and body mics.

I left mine in Texas.

I have a pouch for mine that I wear over the buckle of my belt, which is great, because it's otherwise wasted space. Before that, I carried it in my shirt pocket.

My camera is a Kustom Signals model that records onto a DVD-RAM. The mic itself has a belt clip attached to it. I clip it on my belt between my mags and Taser. It fits, but just barely.

XTS5000 Motorola (Sometimes using an ear piece)
Surefire Z2 Combat Light in a surefire holder
M4 double mag pouch (Tac Team)
Bianchi PatrolTek Open Top Single Cuff Carrier
Peerless Chain Cuffs
ASP 26" (sometimes a 21") In a Sidebreak
Safariland 6004 Drop Leg Holster

Sorry about not including the G22, just didn't feel like getting it out.

Thinking about changing to hinge cuffs and a surefire Z2 LED. Also plan on getting a Bladetech M4 Pouch or this:

I've thought about getting one of those leg rigs. I bought a plain MOLLE one, instead, so I can play around with the configuration.

Detachable belt loop, so you can leave the clip on your belt, then just grab the panel when you need it, clip it in, and wrap it around your leg.

I looked everywhere, and this seemed the best option, without being too encumbering. Can fit 3 mag pouches if you wanted, or maybe 2 and a small pouch for a med kit. Options are plentiful. (I spent hours and hours researching this when I was bored at 3 am, haha)

If you have a straight baton and can't find a decent spot for it, try this: If your Cherokee seats have a headrest, stick it in between the area where the passenger seat meets the headrest, forward of the headrest posts, grip toward you.

With the headrest fully closed, it provides a tight hold on the baton and can easily be drawn when getting out your Jeep by simply reaching across with your right hand.

I keep my gear bag in the passenger seat, belted in. I put the Straight baton between the bag and the seatback, straight up.. sits in there just fine and is easy to grab as I get out. I started doing that after I kicked it out the door one too many times.

Very good idea. To bad I don't have a headrest. Thanks anyway though!

- 1 set of polymer cuffs with keys (spare keys in my chest pocket) *** quick release on cuffs incase i loose both sets of keys
- Level 1/2 velcro retention holster for service revolver.
- Small revolver, with aftermarket Orange Polypropylene coating for increased durability, and visability if dropped in the dark.
- Surenottofire Flashlight which is also battery-less so you dont have to worry about dead batteries. It cant break car windows but it's good for squishing bugs on your dashboard

I wish we had them... Just for CYA purposes. Here if we are accused of misconduct it's our word against theirs and our admin doesn't always listen to us
