best twist for heavy .223
Hey resident expert  ,
Looking to build a SPR upper in .223 and already have my eye on a stainless bull barrel in 20". Options are 1:8 or 1:9 twist. Really not looking for more than 500 yard shots, but really want to go heavy on the bullet weights 75gr +. Any suggestions on twist on these two options or any other. Thanks!
