Springfield 1911-A1 parkerized night sights $710?

Was at the local gun show - they have a

NIB SA 1911-A1 Model: PX9109LP for $710 plus tax = $768.58

Just like this one.

I am new to the 1911 - any opinion on this gun - including the price would be appreciated.

I have a S&W 1911PD with the 4.25" barrel - but sort of want a full size.

Where I live that's a good price.
It is a pretty decent gun too so if you want it then hurry up and go get it because it probably won't last long.

On par pricing. The lowest I've seen it locally was $699

Thats a good price. If you like it, I'd jump on it as it won't sit long.

I just paid $768.62 OTD for the same pistol, and I feel like I got a good (not great) deal. I'd say go for it, you wont find a new one much cheaper.

that's a nice one.

shoot it a while and then switch out the guts for a cylinder and slide fire control group.

you won't believe the difference
