P32
I picked up a used P32 the other day, I also got with it 100 rounds of 73gr. Sellier Bellot ball ammo. Any thought on the P32? The ammo?
I believe it's a 1st generation, any known problems?
I plan on only shooting ball ammo as I know the limitations of .32 ACP, and I know it must feed better for sure.
Anyway, whats a post with out pics!

I own a P32 and I've only put a few hundred rounds through it.
If I carried it, I would probably carry Winchester silvertips. In .32 ACP, I think they have a much higher first shot stopping percentage than the hardball ammo. I understand the theory behind firing hardball in .32 ACP and it makes sense that penetration may be more important in this round.
I put one box of silvertips through it to make sure they functioned and they did.
All the rest of the ammo I put through were my own hardball reloads. The gun functioned fine.
The crickets can return now.

Yes, thats a first gen model because the extractor has no screw on the exterior. I load my wifes with 71gr. FMJ's and bullseye powder. Make sure to run a few through her to make sure she functions well.

I've owned five of them, all first gen. and couldn't get one to stay running until the last one.It has a hard chrome finish and don't know if that factors into it being the only one that worked for me.It's in my pocket loaded with Win. Sivler-tips.I did install the "Flyer's Wire" in both mags. to prevent rim-lock which I did experience on two of the previous four non working guns.Good luck with your new pistol.tom.

Finally got a day at the range with the Kel-Tec P32!
I shot 100rds with no failures at all, a perfect little gun. I do need to get me another magazine or two, and lots more ammo for practice!

Just wanted post another update in case anybody is looking at a P32. I have another 150rds through my Kel-Tec P32, and it has been absolutely perfect. 250rds total now, and I have more than enough confidence to carry it everyday now.
