has anyone changed out the trigger on a para gi expert?

Hello I bought a used para ordnance gi expert matte black, and it has a polymer trigger, which works fine I just feel an old school all metal gun like this should have a metal trigger. Brownells has a decent 1911 trigger that looks like it would be fairly simple to swap out but Ive never done it and dont know if its something that should go to a gun smith to have done.
