Winchester 70 question:

Re-blued a 30-06 ranger for a friend and after I took it down, discovered the stock is cracked from the wrist to the forearm. I've found a stock but it's for a one piece floor plate and his is the two piece. What do I need to do to make this work and look nice? Thanks in advance.
