Tax Stamp and Deductions

I was wondering if I can write off the 200 tax stamp fee and the transfer fee for a can? My tax guy said we could, but I want to be sure because he didn't know what I was talking about when I started talking about the tax stamp. Thanks in advance!

If the item is a business expense, then probably. Consult CPA and/or attorney.
