You need to get that carrier key staked properly. Just a heads up.

a lil steep for a used dti, even with the magpul furniture. $800 would be the price for that set up brand new...

Your carrier key is staked fine. You do need a magpul trigger guard however

That staking looks a little weak to me. Improving that is simple, quick, and cheap insurance. No reason not to.

Where did you go through your AR15 armorers training at?
This is what it should look like.
This is what happens when its not staked properly.

The bolts have started to back out.

Welcome to the AR world!
I also think it is a bit high for a used DTI even with Magpul stuff.
I would also concur that the gas key is not properly staked. What you see is cosmetic staking just to give the illusion of a staked gas key. A properly staked key will displace metal into metal for a mechanical lock. The sad thing is that it wouldn't have taken any more effort to have staked it properly with the right tool / knowledge. Even a simple punch and hammer in a field expedient type of staking could have produced better results.
