Anybody had a pistol done in IonBond lately? How long did it take?
Just as the title says... has anyone had a pistol finished (or refinished) in IonBond lately? How long was the wait?
My Nighthawk Tactical Carry is supposed to be getting completely blacked out in IonBond and the wait time thus far has been pretty ridiculous.

That's like saying "My E63 is at the Mercedes dealership getting an oilchange and it's taking forever...".

I know, I know... but I feel like 10 weeks (so far) is a bit excessive...

My Baer slide took about 8 1/2 weeks to get done. With IB, wait times are hard to predict. Somewhere from 6-12 weeks isn't uncommon.

You and I both.
SA has had one of my pistols for almost 7 months now. I was quoted 8 weeks. IB has played a small part in my wait.
Waiting sucks, especially when people who sent their stuff after me got theirs back already. End rant...

Nighthawk... But the only thing it was having done was getting re-finished in IonBond.

After all my issues with SA recently, I doubt I'll ever give them business again. There are too many builders available to put up with the BS I have. Had I only not been drunk on kool-aid when I placed my orders.
