I am very limited in what I can own in Massachusetts. Colt has made available to Massachusetts residents the Match Target series. Are the MT6400 and MT6400R rifles made with the same quality that the 6920 and 6940 rifles are?

There is no way of knowing if the exact same materials are used in building the civilian models or if they are held to the same tolerances as the govt. inspected mil weapons.
