hey guys i recently bought a rock river arms stripped lower. i have been told Del-ton makes a real nice rifle kit. i'm looking at the m4 16" light moly chrome barrel. Also i was wondering i will be mostly shooting cheaper 223 55-65gr bullits what twist would i want 1:8,1:9 twist?????????

1 in 9 twist will handle up to 69gr bullets and some times 75gr.
