Glock problems when light attached to rail?

I was in a retail gun establishment and the owner informed me that he was about to purchase a large number of fairly new Glocks from a local Sheriffs Department pretty cheap.

As he explained it to me, allegedly there is a problem with Glocks cycling correctly when lights are attached to the accessory rail. Have you any information concerning his allegations?

There was an issue with Streamlight system on some G22 pistols. The fix is to change out your 10 coil magazine spring to an 11 coil
