How do I go about getting a suppressor?

i know that you have to fill out the class 3 form but where do you get this? do you have to go to a dealer or can you just get it offline also do you fill it out before you get the suppressor or after?

Find a local Class 3 dealer. He can order in the model suppressor you want and he will provide you the Form 4 that you need ATF approval on to finish the transfer.
