Lighter pulls have never been ILLEGAL, but they have long been getting their users in trouble in court in terms of both accidental shootings and false allegations of accidental shootings. Light pull options have been around forever. It's not about law, it's about trial tactics.
I'm sure this Ghost product is well made -- this manufacturer has tons of satisfied customers here at Glock Talk -- but I would still use it only for recreational/match guns if it's lighter than the Glock factory specified 5.5 pound pull.
