Cowboy and shooter supply or el paso saddlery. I've ordered from both and had good service. CSS is faster but uses a thinner leather.

You might try contacting a few companies like AE Nelson, Blackhills leather and El Passo to see if they may have some NOS (new old stock) at a good price.

FM12, does it have to be level 2 or anything? I may have one in which I carried a 4" 25 in .45LC. I was going to use it with my .41mag, but I have to carry the Glock.
For all teh jokers, South AL is a rough area, we need the big wheelguns so you don't have to carry an ASP.

I see no problem with carrying a revolver on duty, I would however carry a BUG or two if doing so.
I picked up a 8 shot .357 SW a few weeks ago and couldn't help but think it would make a sweet shooting duty gun. It couldn't be any heavier than my P226.
Are you considering carrying this as a primary for patrol?

Now, for normal carry, that is a big revolver - and heavy. By the time you add two or three speed loaders, you may also be in the market for some suspenders. Just think of the hide missing from a steer to make that basket weave gear. ;-)
