Thicker mag base G29?
Is there any way to get a thicker magazine base plate like the Glock 30 10-rounders for the Glock 29 magazines? Seems like it would give a nice extended grip area for the 29's short frame. I don't like the Pearce curved extensions.
Thanks!

I would assume you can get the G30 base plates. Maybe not, as they might not be removable, but if they are, I would guess they fit. I'm pretty sure the physical size of the .45/10 mags are the same, just with different feed lips/follower.
At least I know my G21SF mags fit my G29 (obviously they won't hold 10mm ammo). I might be way off base, though.

Unfortunately the G30 10rd baseplates don't function with the G29 mags. I thought I saw someone post a pic of an Arredondo +5 extension on a G29, but I can't find a product that says it's compatible.
You have 2 options that I know of:
1. Sand/Melt a Pearce extension to your liking.
2. Use an A&G Mag Sleeve to use G20 mags.

The G30 and G29 mags are not the same. The G30 mag is slightly longer. I have the Pearce +0 on both my G29 and G30 mags. The G29 extension also fits the 9 round G30. Arredondo doess make a +5 base pad for the G20, which fits the G29 as well. The G30 base pad is hollow so the longer mag fits inside it. Only thing I know of is the +0 Pearce extension of as mentioned the A&G sleeve on a G20 mag.

Thanks - the Arredondo looks a bit too long.
I already tried the G20 spacers.
Just wanted a 10mm equivalent of the Glock 30 10-rounders.

I want the same thing so it feels like a G30 with the 10 round mag! I want to love the G29, but it is just too short for me. For now I'm stuck with my G20.

A Pearce PG-G45P2 +2 extension on the G29 mag is the closest thing to what you want. It will appear on the G29 mag as shown below, although the photo is a G30 9-rnd mag with the PG-G45P2:
