Someone in Detroit PD??

About a year ago, my FFL friend obtained for me a Detroit PD G22 trade-in. (My first handgun.)

It's been a reliable gun, and has seen me through a year of range work and pistol training. Since it's been my habit to try to research firearms, musical instruments, etc, that I own, I would very much like to get in touch with the officer who carried this weapon and hear some of his/her "war stories".

Sparing everyone else unnecessary details, is there anyone here who could put me in touch with the owner, If I give you additional information?

It is unlikely that you will find out who it was issued to. If the dept. still has the records on who was the person that carried that exact pistol, they will not give the Officer's info to you, atleast with no real reason to know.

It doesn't seem, it is exactly that way.
