G19 cleaning question

I just bought a new Gen 4 G19, I haven't been able to shoot yet and have always heard different opinions and thought I would ask here. Should I clean the gun before I shoot for the first time or let the factory grease work itself through for the break-in period? Thanks

Why waste time cleaning a new gun... go shooting first. Throw 500 or so rounds down range and then clean it. The copper stuff on all the parts will help lap everything together.
