We had a Deputy murdered last night.
Be safe out there. We are all targets. You can get killed just for being. This was flat out assassination.
A Bexar County deputy sheriff was apparently ambushed and killed in a hail of gunfire while sitting in a marked unit waiting for a red light on the East Side early Saturday.

San Antonio, like any major city has it's bad areas. This is one of them. Most of San Antonio's bad areas are "Barrio" this area is one of the two or three very small "Ghetto" areas of town.

It isnt my department, although it is the second largest department in the area where my department is and half of the people I went to the Academy with were with them.
