Oh my,.....a BCM/Spikes rifle

As it just happened to turn out, two rivals paired up on one rifle.

Finally got a lower for my Spikes dedicated .22LR upper.
Just happened to get a good deal on a complete Bravo Company from a friend.

Spikes ST-22 upper
JP Enterprises rifle length tube
Vortex flash eliminator
Larue SPR/M4 mount
Leupold Mark AR 1.5-4 glass

BCM lower
MagPul MOE grip & stock

Looks good. How does it shoot and is it picky about the type of ammo it uses?

Not that it should change much, but with the previous upper it would
group sub 1.5" out to 50m, with cheap Winchester 555's, WITH an Aimpoint M2, just added the Leupold.
I have shot a very few Velocitors, Mini Mags, and a few Stingers, did not check grouping with those.

Congratulations. You have a very nice setup.

Last year, I bought a Spikes Mid-Length dedicated .22lr upper and put it on a RRA lower with a two stage trigger. Since, I put a winter trigger guard on it and a Magpul MOE handguard.

I think these are very sweet shooting uppers. At the shooting club that I belong to, this year they added a new event for the club. It’s a CMP Sponsored Sporting .22lr competition. I am signed up for the first relay.

I will be using my Spikes/RRA rifle at that event.

Thanks guys,......this upper gets a lot of range time.
I had this upper set up nearly identical to my 6.8 SPC upper.

For now, I've gotten away from .223/5.56, I shoot either the 6.8 or the 22LR

Here's the 6.8 shown with the Spikes upper
