Decided to see what all the fuss was about

with these new fancy nancy flat triggers

1911 Forums

Ordered a Wilson flat trigger and a new set of thin line Wilson grips. I did not really care for the feel of the VZ Gatorback grips for some reason. The thin line grips feel really great IMO. The trigger feels good but I have not shot it yet. Not ready to go out and change the other 1911 triggers just yet but who knows

Do I get to know the super secret flat trigger club handshake yet?

I kept the original trigger, just in case The trigger does looks odd to me but I will give it some range time before saying for sure I am really liking the feel of the thinner grips on this gun. I did not care for them on my Comanche TRS but these feel better, I think due to the vertical groves on them.

I do have a little "fine tuning" to do on the fitting of the trigger still

I'm scared to try one of those.

I'd probably like it and my 1911s are ugly enough as it is!
