New Grips on RIA 1911
What do you guys think? I know I am extremely happy with them in fact they look 10x's better then I could have imagined. There Cylinder & Slide Dymondwood I think they look just as good as VZ grips at half the price. The texture is extremely grippy and the quality is really nice also.

For good looks and carry, the laminated grips are hard to beat.

I love them HotRod. That gun looks way better now. Congrats. Know put a silver trigger flat or curved in it.

Thank you very much
I was thinking about that maybe later down the road doing a Silver trigger, slide stop, grip safety, thumb safety, and hammer. Then having the gun refinished. I think it look really good even thought its not a super expensive gun. Kinda one of them things where you wanna refinish the gun and get it looking new again

Thank you both they really do look good and they give solid grip. The Grip texture reminds me a lot of Springfields Logo grips.

With work slow in my line of work you're gun is a super expensive gun to me. Two yrs ago I could buy 1 a month, now the gun you're showing is what I want and I've been trying to save change so I can get one. Might take a few more months or work to pick up. Be proud as thats a fine weapon.

I just took a look at cylinder and slides site. They have a few really nice sets of grips. Nice find x. The grips really dress up the RIA.

Thank you guys. Yea Cylinder and Slides really does have some nice grips on there sight. I also changed my recoil system out from a FLGR to a GI setup and I used Cylinder and Slides parts I been happy with there quality so far. Now only if I could aford to send them my J-frame

Thank ya both very pleased with them.
yea VZ cost me 77.53 shipped because I have to pay tax on them. I payed around 44bucks for the Clyinders and Slides grips and they look just as good. I had ordered a set of VZ J-Frame grips but sent them back. They where Quality item but the design on them was terrible. They had some pretty sharp edges that really bit into your hand.
