New look for the SHADOW

It use to sport these grips from a RIA I had.

Now, it has a set of checkered wood grips that are more fitting for a 1911A1.

Thanks Paul. I wish I could find out more about this pistol. I have not been able to find much of anything. It is obvously a rare pistol. Its true value and importance is yet to be found.

I can't tell you how many times I have switched grips on a 1911.
I save them and just go with whatever I like at the moment.
I usually keep a certain grip for a few years and then get a bug to change to something else.
One of the nice things about 1911's is the fact that you can make them the way you want.
Change to something else and go back again.
Just be sure to save the grips you replace.
I think the smooth grips look better but the checkered probably feel better.
