How many of you carry old revolvers from the 70's and 80's?
When I am not carrying my H&K P2000 I strap on my Colt Lawman MK III snubby. It was made in 1976 when the 357 Magnum was the gun of choice.I was just wondering if any of you guys and gals carry an old revolver from the 70's or 80's on a regular basis.

If my G23 isn't with me (90%) then my Smith M19-3 is.

Pretty much every day. Usually a .357 or if I expect to be encountering 4 legged animals, the .44 mag Usually OC.

I also carry Colts and Hi-Powers from the 60's and 70's fairly often. My old S&W Chiefs Special from 1951 still see's use as a carry gun.

We talking 1880's or 1980's? Sometimes I will pack one of my old Colts. 130 years old, and still able to whack a bears 'something' into the dirt. 45 Long Colt.

Occasionally carry a S&W Model 60 from the mid 80s. Since I got a "Baby Glock" the Smith gets less use.

An old S&W Bodyguard from back in the day is one of my commonly carried guns. A 642 is more common, but sometimes breaking out the old friend is nice.

I would if some @#$&^%@ had not stolen it about 15 years ago. It was a model 19 S&W K Frame and was at one time my duty weapon.

I have a bunch of revolvers I carry.
Sometimes it will be an old 64, sometimes a model 13, sometimes a model 67, sometimes a 625-2.
I have been known to stick a 6" gun into a Bianchi X2100 shoulder holster.

Sometimes I have carried a .357 N frame 3 1/2 barrel that is from about 1957 according to Supica's wonderful book. And I carried a model 66 that was from before 1980 daily for a decade or so. It was basically new then. But that was in the 80's.

I still often carry a beautiful S&W Model 12 Airweight that I carried when I was a Harris County Deputy Sheriff in the early '70's.

I don't carry it much, and it isn't from the 70s and 80s, but for grins and giggles I will occassionally slip on a old Webley MK IV just for show and tell around the barbeque.

Well - a M85 Taurus from 1990 is pretty much my permanent truck gun.
