I quit drinking coffee.
 It was my only vice too.  Now I'm vice free & boring!! 
Any long term coffee drinkers give it up?

I feel your pain. I'm not totally on the wagon, but I only let myself have it once maybe twice a week. Never two days in a row. I'm avoiding the horrid caffeine headache I get if I have it two or three days and miss it one morning.

i fire up my espresso machine every few days and mix about 10 oz of espresso with 1/2 cup or so of milk.

I drink very little alcohol these days. No recreational drugs for years. Got a post menopausal girlfriend......savvy? Hell, coffee is one of the few things left.
