Thinking of trading my MSAR E4 for a POF 7.25" upper

I am thinking of trading my couple month old MSAR E4 for a 7.25" POF upper and a POF stripped lower. Would this be a fair trade for me.

I would also like to know what the best lower parts kits would be to build the lower, I was looking at a RRA lower parts kit for $70 shipped and a RRA 2 stage trigger for $88 shipped.

depends on what you like. are you going to build the pof into a pistol or are you going to make it a short barreled rifle?

If I get it I will make it a SBR, I really want an SBR but I am mainly trying to determine if it will be a fair trade for me, I have not been able to find any recently sold used POF uppers and stripped lower receivers to determine what is a fair price for them.
