Probably not. While most "rights" named in the Constitution are technically "civil rights" as you use that term, discrimination against gun owners probably won't be unlawful here because its not government action.
For example, if your landlord goes into your apartment while you're away to look through your things to find the overdue rent, that's not a violation of any Fourth Amendment search and seizure rights because he's a private person (although he is trespassing).
