favorite spring weights?

when using standard pressure ammo, what are your preferred recoil spring weights for the officers, commanders and full sized?

my understanding is that these are the standard weights:

officers 22 pound.
full size 16 pounds.
commander 20 pounds.

do you stay with these or upgrade for more reliable slide lock up?

I run a 16 pound variable in every Government model.
I really don't know what's in my Commander. I would assume it's whatever is Colt factory for a .38 Super.
An enlightened zeal for the energy and efficiency of government will be stigmatized as the offspring of a temper fond of despotic power and hostile to the principles of liberty.
