USPS,.......better late than never!

Springfield lightweight Compact 45

Should make a great project. Plan on having the slide cut for 10-8 sights, ball cuts on slide,
add a S&A beavertail, undecided on front strap, change trigger, add flat MSH & refinish.
It's got some frame finish wear, but internally it's barely broken in!

Thanks Frank'

Congrats on the new shooter. Who is doing the mods?
What finish are you going with?

Not really sure, I do not have a Smith lined up yet.
Will most likely end up with CeraCoat. I want the slide/frame to match.

Hmmmmmm........
Old style bigger, flatter frontstrap. Could sure benefit from a recontour and high cut wiff golfballs.
Flush cut and match crown barrel.
Recoil spring plug wiff no hole!
EGW grip safety.
Roundbutt.
Bevel bottom of grips.
Carry bevel pkg.
Cerakote wiff Graphite Black over Sniper Grey.

I believe TJ is offering a spechul this month:

I think most of that can be bundled with his comp, trigger guard and grip safety.

Sounds like a winning combo to me.

When Chuck told me he didn't golfball the EMP, the EMP was erased off of the wish list.

Well,......these were made for a few years. Now you can only get one from SACS for about $1500.
So, it really depends on what I get done to it. First off, I need to find a 'Smith to do the work.
Many like Pistolwrench & Miller are booked for some time. However there is always SACS.

Congrats on the new-to-you pistol. What grips are those? The patterning looks like something I saw at a show a few years back, and I've been looking for something similar for my RIA.
