Great story-neighbor steps up and probably saves girl's life
Neighbor sees guy kidnap little girl, gives chase and calls cops. Girl is safe and BG in in jail.

Truly that neighbor is a hero.
Instead of just calling 9-1-1, thank heavens he acted timely and decisively.
