Never fired G17 Gen 1

Quick question, I searched before I decided to ask and cannot find an answer. I have a guy I do alot of buying/selling with and he has a
G17 Gen I that has never been fired. He is an old LEO and when they were issued the 17's he bought a second one and never used it. It has original box, mags, paperwork etc.... everything matches. Was wondering if anyone had a ballpark figure of what this would go for.
Thanks

And there are people willing to pay $100,000 for a car made in 1970 that goes fast in a straight line but doesn't do anything else well. Too bad a Dodge Neon SRT-4 will beat it in a straight line to 60mph.

People with money will always be willing to spend it in irrational ways.

Thanks for the answers. I guess someone will pay what they think it's worth. I'll let him know, but I think he is going to hold on to it.
