It's Mossberg's breacher shotgun with a Mako/Fab forend and a stock on it. I wonder how much it will be with that TR logo.

The shop that I frequent has them for $380.00.

Not 100% right but close. The "Breacher" 500 Cruiser if that is what you are referring to does not use the same magazine tube that the Thunder Ranch uses. According to the pictures it uses a Mossberg 500 magazine tube and cap while the "Breacher" 500 Cruiser uses the 590 tube and cap.... You can really see the difference in the barrel support. Also the barrels are different (see the close up pics of the two.) The TR is not as heavy as the Breacher. The breacher has a step up flare before the breacher break along with a relief ring at that area along with a different front sight..... pics

Depending on what you will be using this gun for, I feel you could do better at that price point. If you plan on using this gun for training and to build on. I would look at the 590A1 with the 18.5 barrel and six shot tube identical to what you are looking at with out the breacher style barrel and it would have the capability of adding a mag extension with it. While the Other TR you can not to my knowledge with out replacing the whole mag tube. here is a link to the gun I am referring to is 395.00 at Buds with free shipping,

......but you would have to pay a transfer fee. The 15.00 more is well worth it.

I have also been looking at the Mos 500 Thunder Ranch. My local store has it for $350. I need a little shorter LOP (I am short), and this would keep from spending the money on a new stock. I have an unused pistol light, so I could attach it to the side rail. No extra money there either. The breacher doesn't interest me, but apparently Clint Smith has a retention technique that uses the breacher.

What do you think about this gun?
