There was a time when men would have captured this puke and extinguished him. I'd trade the rest of my life in jail if it was my mother/daughter/sister that this POS raped. Slow agonizing death is too good for something like him.

I wouldn't say that, perhaps HE simply thinks man is supposed to figure out a way to keep our children safe........... using the brains HE gave him?

I would say so. There is a track record in scripture of people who did something attrocious and were killed. An interesting example of something modern is many years ago a man was struck by lightening on a perfectly cloudless day. On examination of his home it was choked full of child pornography...
