Latest on Ferguson, MO. Might get interesting soon???

http://theconservativetreehouse.com/...d-in-ferguson/

Don't give a rats rear about Nasheed being arrested, but scroll down to the responses and look at the one posted by "sundance" quoting Paul Miragefromstl Muhammad.

If there is any truth to his post, things might begin to get interesting this week. Only time will tell.

One commenter says that the police are using GPS to track protesters and the protesters should block GPS signals.

Which is breaking another law:

There is no limit to potential fun in Ferguson.

Nasheed is a racist trouble maker who has been baiting the cops and trying to get arrested.

She's doing it to make a name for herself. She doesn't give one hoot about the black community.

Maybe she wants to be the next Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton?
After all, they've both gotten famous doing the same thing.

The cops played right into her hands. They should have just ignored her ignorant ass.

Will Obama make a statement after the grand jury fails to indict? And will he do it before or after the riots start?

If rioting does happen the blame lies right at his doorstep. And all the other race baiter charlatans. I hope Al and Jessie are out there right in front, taking rubber bullets and CS gas. Yeah, sure they will.

She is not only a Politician, she is a member of the Black Community. She is "protected" from prosecution. She will not be charged with a felony and she will walk as any and all charges against her would clearly be racist.

Wouldn't doubt if the media starts a campaign against these officers claiming they Planted the Gun on her.

That would be one way to remove her concealed carry permit!!! She refused a breathalyzer!!! An idiot like her shouldn't be carrying a gun!!

Missouri Revised Statutes
Chapter 571
Weapons Offenses
Section 571.030

Unlawful use of weapons--exceptions--penalties.

571.030. 1. A person commits the crime of unlawful use of weapons if he or she knowingly:

(5) Has a firearm or projectile weapon readily capable of lethal use on his or her person, while he or she is intoxicated, and handles or otherwise uses such firearm or projectile weapon in either a negligent or unlawful manner or discharges such firearm or projectile weapon unless acting in self-defense

Notice the word AND here. As far as we know she did not Handle or Use the firearm.

This.

Speaking from experience during quieter times, the StLCo PA would not have issued warrants for this type of behavior. So more than likely, Nasheed will not be charged with a uuw.
