Yea, no kidding! I've dealt with lots of dead bodies over the years, but its pretty surreal to find one the way I did.

I use elderberry stuff, and something with a lot of garlic and pepper, ginger for that matter in it. Or, pile on the kimchi. I love good kimchi. Korean dristan and flu relief. And, home made chicken stew.

Chinese food does wierd stuff to me. I like it, but sometimes it makes my blood sugar drop really low. I'm not a diabetic and generally healthy as a horse, but there must be sometihng in that food I'm alergic to...

It's MSG. That stuff kills me too. I get some fierce headaches when I eat Chinese food that has a lot of that stuff.

I just got over a horrible sinus infection. Lasted about 2-3 weeks. Needed antibiotics and nasal steroid spray to help. If you are getting bad pressure head aches, you might want to get it checked out. The longer I went untreated the worse it got for me.
