I think I'd go for the wood stock. That is a classic looking AK!

Yeah, the pain is I'd end up having to replace ALL of the wood to get it all to match, and a 4-piece set of the wood stocks runs over $100.

My Evidence and Procedure professor just asked me what i MILF was. By far one of the more awkward questions asked by a college professor. I'm just glad she didn't ask if she was one because I'd have to lie to her.

I was browsing on here when it switched; it went from the old original brown to this new grayscale, and I was like, wtf is this?

Figures. Suarez Int'l is doing an AK gunfighting class in town at the range I frequent, but it's done on the one weekend this month I have drill!

Oh well, I don't have the $450 for it anyway, but maybe next year or later in the year before deployment time.......

Ever consider buying just the stock, then sanding all the wood down and refinising so it'll match? I did a Winchester 1200 this way and it came out really good.

She's not hot at all, but if I was a gold digger I'd be willing to take one for the team.

I might have to. My only worry is that in removing the front handguards from the mounts, I might royally screw them up and have to replace them anyways. I may just go ahead and put polymer ones from K-Var on there.

Yeah, it'll mean moving to take it, and a temporary pay cut initially, but it tops out a LOT higher than where I'm at now. Plus, it'll get me out of the fence!
