SBR in MO

I know if this state it is/was required to have your C&R FFL in order to apply and own any class III weapons. Is that still the case? I've heard that it is no longer required to have the C&R anymore to get stamps. Where can I find this information out or do you have the answer?

I have my lower built and am wanting to apply for my tax stamp for an SBR.

sorry for the dupe, but I have heard the legislation has changed to were a C&R is no longer needed. Just wasn't sure that was the case.

There was a law change on 8/28 to remove the requirements for the C&R in some cases. Consult your local NFA dealer or attorney for details
