Turns out that Officer Wargo was on routine patrol driving east on Rt. 80 when a vehicle operated by a drunk driver lost control as it was traveling westbound, crossed the median, and struck his patrol vehicle, killing him. Prayers for him and his family, a true tragedy. The driver of the other vehicle was charged, according to the prosecutor.

I can't wait to found out what the scrote's BAC % was.

Rest easy Officer Wargo.

Rip Sir! Your death unfortunately is a reminder as to why I do what I do. I will continue the never ending fight against drunk driving.

Me too. No excuse for driving drunk except pure selfishness.

Patrolman Wargo's badge was secured yesterday in order to be turned over to his widow.
