Is there crimped 380 out there?

I assume there's not because it's not a military round, but I just want to make sure.

I need 380 brass bad and am about to order some online but want to make sure I'm not going to get some crimped cases.

Oh a side note, I can't get enough of my new LCP. I think I'm going to buy an LC9 on Black Friday to go with it I like it so much.

I wouldn't expect to see .380 brass with a crimped primer but then I was surprised when I saw .45 ACP brass with a small primer. You just never know.

If I were buying brass, I would just buy new Starline at $135/1000 from MidwayUSA.com.

Can't help with the brass question, but I agree with you on that little Ruger. I spent an afternoon at the range with one recently. Put several boxes through it. The DA trigger was a bit unusual at first but I quickly warmed up to it. My groups were better than my buddy's, who owned the pistol.

I've never heard of or seen crimped .380, and I load a little of it.

Just started loading 380 - bought used brass from Centerfirebrass.com I think i paid less than $60 for 1000 and got it in about 2 days. I've ordered 9mm from them as well. Couldn't be happier.

Pretty decent price on used brass. I ordered 1000 9mm and 500 .45 ACP just to see how it works out. I could use several thousand of each.

That, and a 1050 in 9mm...
