She probably just needed the cash to buy some fire for her hideous mug.
Someone brought that up at a shooting I was involved in. I said he should have stopped. They said "what about Garner v. Tennessee."? I told them, " his name ain't Garner and we ain't in Tennessee!"

Witnesses told Peoria police that 18-year-old Kimberly Noelle Coleman snatched the container, which was used to raise money for the family of fallen Glendale Police Officer Bradley Jones. A witness was able to provide police with the license plate number.

Police went to the home and met Coleman when she arrived there. Authorities said she walked up to one of the officers, handed him $20 and said, "here."

When officers asked what it was, she reportedly said, "The money I stole from the donation bin."
So after being caught, offering to return the money makes everything OK again?

This is not just her but a whole generational thing. Growing up spoiled and taught that (wink, wink) it's OK to lie, cheat and steal to get what you want. And when you're caught, you're not to blame.
Although many good citizens own and carry guns, keeping communities safe still fall on those who carry badges.

In a gun fight, even if you do everything right, you can still get killed.
