Turns out that some piece of **** judge let this worthless sack of **** back out on the street despite her being told he had outstanding warrants in NC for assault with a handgun.

NYPD MOS make "collars" at a much slower rate than cops in other locales. Foot beats, etc. Sometimes it takes quite a while for your first arrest.
I'm sure one of our members here can go into more detail.
I have well over 200 arrests in 7 years. Just different, that's all.
