Bren Ten

I am looking for a certain part for a Bren Ten. A friend of mine has one and didn't know that there is an inner spring. Without that spring, the slide slams the back of the gun. I think he might have thought it was normal. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, Wolff might even be able to make a custom spring.

Or they may even have another spring close enough to fit.

The only Bren Tens which had a dual recoil spring assembly were the early Special Forces Models. The later SFM's and all of the 5" guns had a single recoil spring. The inner spring will be, for all intents and purposes, be impossible to get. That said, you may be able to round up the later spring for the 4" guns. If you came to the conclusion that the inner spring was missing based on the fact that it was shown on the parts list in the Owner's Manual, just be advised of the above. The fact is that most of the SFM's had the single spring ass'y. Further, you cannot tell an early SFM from a late SFM based on serial number-as is true with all Bren Tens.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that. It is the early SFM.

There were some cool songs during that period in time, in our lives...

That re-make movie just did have that same feeling of the original movie and series!
