Yeah, somebody loading off the books. I couldn't get my 45 brass to do that loading +P.

They were definitely shot out of some Glock's factory barrels. There are several documented cases of such brass bulging exactly similar to the ones pictured.
There was a thread over in General Glocking not too far back. If I can recall, the OP of that thread reported similar brass bulging out of his 10mm Glock.
