Need opinions,.........
Trying to decise on a front strap treatment, standard checker
or serrated. I do like both, I have two 1911s with serrations,
one with checkering, and a Springer getting the golfball treatment.
This Springfield Loaded does have a 25lpi checkered msh.
What do you guys think?

I would go 25lpi and you've done all this work yourself why not give the front strap a shot?

Now after looking at yours again I think I need to do more deburring and rounding... 
Yeah the checkering isn't for everyone, there was definitely some times I thought maybe I was going to ruin the frame or screw up bad enough someone would notice. I don't think I'd hesitate to do another one, but I probably would do 25lpi (you don't have to go so deep) and I'd know a little better where to stop/start so that there wasn't nearly as much cleanup.

Fitted the thumb safety last night, have a tad more blending to do.
Not quite happy with the TS yet. Not happy with the slide stop either,
but considering it is a factory Springer piece, I have no problems replacing it.
Got some range time in this morning, the short, flat trigger is outstanding.
Decided to bobtail the frame. I had the jig on hand, ordered a #2 center bit
& a 25 lpi Ed Brown MSH. Planning on a CeraKote graphite black finish.
Not sure if I am going to have the front strap serrated or checkered 25 lpi.
Forgot to order a 10-8 rear sight......been planning a Les Baer build as well.

Well now you got me started... I had a package from Dawson Precision that helped out too. Installed new .205 tall tritium front and swapped my grips out for these Davidson's I had originally gotten for my Baer TRS. Also worked on the thumb safety engagement as it was a little stiff going to the "on" position. Here's a couple of crappy pics;
