P23/rd if bought with Armscor member discount (only MM), P28 regular price. I've NEVER experienced any of those famous popped primers. In fact I bought 140 rds of their .223 "remanufactured" rounds in Cebu and used more than half in the 30 December fun shoot, absolutely no problems.

I'm regretting not getting the Prvi Partizan .223 at the last gunshow when they were P25/rd.
