I don't think the video necessarily shows the officer planting drugs. A lot of officers keep evidence bags in their back pockets. Now the libertine anti-authority punk crowd will insist that the video can only show one thing... but I don't think that is the case.

There's a longer version of the video out there. I didn't watch it, but the info said that it shows the cop pull the bag off one of the suspects when they are tossed. I don't know why he pulled it out of his pocket while searching the vehicle though...
