In terms of velocity, you'll do better with the 296 if that's what you meant by "269". BD is a good powder, but 296 will give you more horsepower. The best I've done is with Hodgdon Lil'Gun.
This has all been in revolvers, but the higher velocities should carry over to rifle.
A cast bullet will give you more velocity still.
As for accuracy, you'll just have to try them out.
